According to the 1930 census, she had a live-in nurse, Louise Neely, age 56, from Spain, divorced, immigrated to US in 1881, naturalized citizen, occupation listed as "Practical Nurse" Seems like she was only attending A for since around 1927 or 1927 since there is a passenger list of her arriving then.
1930 was the year she died. according to the census she was living in Young Hotel and NOT at the Priory.
It also appears that Charlotte Teggart was away when Albertina died. There's a passenger list showing her returning to Honolulu in August while Albertina died in June..
